(4)It is recommended to use Tuya ZigBee gateway when using ZigBee version light bulbs. If other brands of gateways are used, we cannot ensure that the light bulbs work properly.

(5)Some lamp holders are not compatible with our products, so you can install the bulb in a different socket and check again
